Our journey began over 100 years ago when my great-grandpa traveled 185 km on horseback from Monza to Mantua, Italy, to woo my great-grandma and savor her homemade pasta. Each trip, over 20 hours long, was a testament to their love. Today, we honor this tradition with recipes passed down through five generations, bringing the same love and authenticity to your table.
